- 1 Mug of water.
- 1 Tea bag of your favorite fruit tea (peach is especially good).
- 1/4 Cup 2% or whole milk, or even cream!
- 1 Tablespoon of honey (or more, if you prefer).
Place tea bag in water. Then put the mug in the microwave for about two to three minutes. Then, add milk/cream. Then add the honey and keep tasting it until it's sweet enough. Sip slowly while reading favorite book and feel much better.
